• Participate in week-long call rotations, focusing solely on coverage.
• Respond to calls within a 30-minute timeframe.
• Manage care for approximately 8 patients per shift, including both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
• Conduct admissions as needed.
• Handle an average of 2 phone consultations every 24 hours.
• Perform general and adult urology procedures, including:
• Partial nephrectomies
• TRUS biopsies
• ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy)
• Penile prosthesis placements
• Preferred skills in laparoscopic and robotic surgery.
