Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Overview
Registered Nurse - Emergency Room travel assignment in Gloversville, New York. This ER position starts 06/22/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,225 to $2,258, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is night, with a schedule of 6:45pm-7:15am, every other weekend and holiday, in a hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including rapid assessment and stabilization
- Monitor vital signs, interpret cardiac monitoring, administer medications, and initiate IV therapy as needed
- Lead and participate in emergency interventions, including trauma protocols and code responses
- Document in the electronic health record, communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate handoffs
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to prioritize care and ensure patient safety
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and privacy regulations; advocate for patient and family needs

Requirements
- Active NY RN license
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Education: AAS degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in a hospital ER environment
