Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Vascular Anomalies/IR (36hr)

Position Summary and Department Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Vascular Anomalies / Interventional Radiology at Boston Children’s. Works 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with 8- to 12-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat patients requiring Interventional Radiology interventions in consultation with Interventional Radiologists. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with vascular anomalies in consultation with Interventional Radiologists. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests. Provide post‑procedural recovery care, inpatient rounds, and clinic visits. Consult with other healthcare providers, coordinate care, referrals, and prescription of medications. Follow up care including telephone updates, triage of complications, and clinic visits. Minimum Qualifications Minimum qualification includes an advanced degree and experience: Education: Master of Physician Assistant Studies, MSN/NP, or DNP Program. Experience: 2 years of PNP/FNP/PA experience. Prior experience working with an interdisciplinary team is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently. Licensure and Certifications Current license in Massachusetts to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant. MCSR and DEA upon hire.
