Floor Supervisor As a passionate, fun and dedicated Floor Supervisor you will be a key member of the store leadership team, ensuring a high level of customer engagement, meeting sales goals, and supervising the store team. You foster a positive and inclusive work environment and provide daily sales‑related feedback and coaching to associate performance. You support the store team in delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience. Responsibilities Assist in strategically maximizing store sales, achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress & results against key targets. Help foster a consumer‑centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers. Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates and the in‑store experience. Lead a team to exceed sales results and ensure the store team engages each customer to create an authentic brand experience. Help maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to policies, procedures, standards and practices that align with company directives. Lead by example to foster a great consumer experience in all situations. Qualifications Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results, meeting business goals through the store team. Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, evenings and holidays. At least 1 year of retail experience preferred but not required. Proven communication skills, both written and verbal. Solution‑oriented mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. Formal education is nice to have; total experience and professional achievements are most important.
