Step into a dynamic, patient-centered nursing role in a fast-paced progressive care setting where adult to geriatric patients receive attentive, high-quality care around the clock. As an RN on the overnight schedule, you will monitor patients on telemetry, respond to evolving conditions, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure smooth admissions, transitions, and discharges. You'll encounter a range of conditions from rhythm disturbances to acute coronary events, using evidence-based assessment and quick critical thinking to guide care and patient education. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Adults to Geriatrics population
• Telemetry monitoring (hardwire) on RN
• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio; 12-bed unit
• Epic Pyxis unit systems
• Direct Admission from clinics/offices/hospitals or via ED admission
• Fast-paced environment with focus on patient throughput and patient-centered care
• RTO: MAX 7 days
• Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Compliance with start-on-time and orientation requirements
