Senior Electrical Engineer
Staftonic LLC
Support and maintain electrical distribution systems, switchgear, panels, transformers, and critical power infrastructure. Troubleshoot power-related issues and implement solutions to improve system reliability. Support UPS systems, backup power systems, battery backups, and automatic transfer switches (ATS). Coordinate and execute facility upgrades while maintaining continuous operations. Partner with facilities, maintenance, and engineering teams to support HVAC and utility systems. Participate in off-hours maintenance and project activities as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in facilities, utilities, plant engineering, or electrical infrastructure. Strong knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, electrical panels, transformers, UPS systems, and backup power solutions. Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, critical facilities, data centers, or similar environments. Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and facility-related issues. Preferred Qualifications Pharmaceutical or biotech facility experience. Experience with HVAC, air handling units (AHUs), and facility utility systems.
