Experienced Caregiver Job Location: Streator, IL Company: Flawless Family Home Care Job Summary Flawless Family Home Care is seeking an experienced and dependable caregiver to provide one-on‑one, non‑medical home care to an adult client in the Grand Ridge area. As an experienced caregiver with our company, you will have the opportunity to focus on one client at a time, build meaningful relationships, and provide attentive care based on their individual needs. Responsibilities Provide hands‑on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assist with ambulation, positioning, and transferring clients Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide medication reminders and complete accurate visit documentation through our mobile care app Assist with light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and safety supervision, and observe and report changes in the client's condition Requirements At least 1 year of previous professional caregiving experience Comfortable providing hands‑on personal care and transfer assistance Experience assisting clients with activities of daily living Dependable and able to consistently work the days and shifts accepted Reliable transportation to the Grand Ridge area Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Professional and respectful when working in a client's home Strong communication skills Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, clocking in and out, and visit documentation Able to complete required background screening, training, and onboarding requirements Why Choose Flawless Family Home Care?
