In the performance of this role, this position will be responsible for project direction from time to time.Role and Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall direction of the officeServe as the primary liaison to the Managing DirectorIdentify staffing needs and training opportunitiesProvide weekly updates on projected office revenue and utilizationConduct performance reviewsEmploy strategic approaches for identifying target clientsLeverage and develop relationships to build long-term business partnerships in key industrial sectorsMaintain effective relationships with regulatory personnel in multiple jurisdictionsParticipate in key stakeholder forums and industry groupsProvide technical leadership on complex regulatory issuesProvide leadership to project teams to ensure timely, exceptional project deliverablesSupervise Project Managers to ensure quality work products are delivered to client contactsResponsible for client communication and deliverables that may include the following:Preparation of state and federal (Title V) permit applications and other miscellaneous permitting action applicationsPreparation of Greenhouse Gas, Emission Inventory and Toxic Release Inventory reportsDevelopment of miscellaneous air emission calculationsPreparation of regulatory applicability analyses of state and federal regulationsAny on-site assistance to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, including any onsite auditsResponsible for growth of client relationshipsDevelopment of proposals and miscellaneous project reportsPerform other duties as assignedCompensation: $130k - $180k annually, with bonus potential of 25%+Required Skills, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, and/or Civil Engineering, from an accredited four-year college or university or foreign equivalentMinimum of 7 years of Environmental Consulting experience and 2 years of supervisory experienceMust have computer literacy, including basic programmingProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) or related softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policiesAbility to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factorsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesKey Benefits Include:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(K) Plan with Competitive MatchContinuing Education and Tuition AssistanceEmployer-Sponsored Disability BenefitsLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, & Bonus Floating Holiday (if hired before July 1st)Profit Sharing or Individual Bonus ProgramsReferral ProgramPer Diem & Paid TravelEmployee Discount HubAlliance Technical Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
