Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract position for the 2026-2027 school year offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 student population. You’ll provide expert support to students, teachers, and families, helping shape students’ communication skills and educational outcomes.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting, working with K-12 students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents in supporting student progress
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
• Offer bilingual support, bridging communication between school staff and Spanish-speaking families
