Systems Engineer (ONSITE)

Job Summary Location: Guam (home location VA). Position: Senior Systems Engineer required to support satellite communication (SATCOM) activities and company-wide systems engineering support in a 24/7 operations environment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain complex software and hardware systems. Report and document anomalous performance and work with team members for corrective actions. Cross‑train in other assigned areas and assist with training personnel on the contract team. Support test and/or operational activities as necessary. Work at elevated heights and safely lift 50 pounds. Requirements U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance prior to start date. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of engineering experience or equivalent. Experience in SATCOM, IT systems, and/or RF test equipment. Experience assigning tasks to meet technical objectives. Proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies, problem‑solving in time‑critical situations, and training using a variety of learning techniques. Proficient use of Windows and Linux platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Shift and Availability Availability for non‑scheduled call‑ins and rotating day/night shift schedule required.
