Responsibilities: Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services. Deliver exceptional customer service. Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups. Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities. Work collaboratively and support your teammates. Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace. Requirements: An up-to-date cosmetology license for Massachusetts. The ability to work weekends. A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great.
