- Low-Voltage Installation Technician
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your Location:
- Our Office: 780 Salt Rd. Ste. B Webster, NY 14580
- Projects are located in the surrounding area (and some projects require travel)
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
- Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm

- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron)
- Mount devices at the ends of those wires
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices
- Advanced understanding of networks
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron)
- Lower Skill or No Programming = Less Pay
- AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
- Security Installation
- Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
- Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install!
- Electrician (HV or LV)
- $24/hr-$35/hr – Yup!
- 401K + up to 3% match
- Medical/Dental/Vision - $465 monthly contribution
- 2 weeks off WITH PAY Christmas to New Year's
- Paid Holidays 5 (plus Christmas/New Year's Day)
- 80 hours PTO per calendar year, pro rated first year
- 40 hours sick time
- Life Insurance after 90 days
