Radiology Technologist (X-Ray)

Imaging Associates — a best-in-class outpatient imaging provider in Alaska — is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide state-of-the-art patient care by performing technical work involving the operation and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, including X-ray and C-arm. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, close collaboration with radiologists, and a strong commitment to Imaging Associates’ service standards for both patients and team members. Pay is based on experience. Sign-On Bonus $7,500 gross sign-on bonus paid after 6 months of employment. Requirements Current certification as ARRT (R) or Registry Eligible BLS required Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and co-workers Demonstrate ability to be productive independently or in a team environment Previous experience operating C-Arm for non-surgical procedures Schedule Schedule: Four 10-Hour Days (4x10s) This position offers a four-day workweek, consisting of four 10-hour shifts, providing employees with three days off each week. This schedule supports improved work-life balance, allowing for extended personal time while maintaining full-time hours and benefits eligibility.
