A well-established mechanical and civil services company in the Portland Metro area seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager / Estimator to manage projects from estimating to completion. You will prepare estimates and bids, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and maintain relationships to generate ongoing business opportunities.
