Prime Asset Management is looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive team member to support day-to-day operations across admin, data, customer service, and marketing. You'll be the backbone that keeps our clients and internal processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle emails, and organize documents and files.
• Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain client and property data in our CRM and spreadsheets.
• Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
• Call Center Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls related to property inquiries, account updates, and follow-ups.
• Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track basic performance metrics across platforms.
• Coordination: Liaise between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
