Job Function: Supply Chain Deliver Job Sub Function: Deliver Excellence Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, United States of America, West Palm Beach, Florida, United States Position Summary Operational Enablement Lead is responsible for leading strategic operational initiatives, process implementation, procedural governance, and business capability deployment across the Capital Operations organization. Key Responsibilities Implement new operational capabilities, process standardization, and scalable integration. Establish standardized warehouse operating procedures. Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Distribution teams. Ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage warehouse staffing, labor planning, and operational scheduling. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations Manage warehouse space utilization and storage optimization Lead operational readiness for NPIs, system deployments, and strategic rollouts. Develop roadmaps, governance, and readiness plans; facilitate executive reporting. Drive change management, cross‑functional execution, and stakeholder alignment. Manage program delivery — timelines, risks, resources, continuous improvement, and scaling. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of operational excellence or transformation leadership experience. Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation experience preferred.
