Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice OB/GYN within the state
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of prenatal, delivery, and women's health care
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations
• Ability to manage a full patient load effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to provide bilingual services
• Additional training in minimally invasive procedures or infertility treatments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in OB/GYN practices
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting with prenatal care

Other Requirements:

• Successful completion of all pre-hire screening including background check and drug screening
• Credentialing and privileging through Medical Staff Services/CVO
• Willingness to work during scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 3 4 days per week
• Flexibility to start as early as June 4, 2026, depending on onboarding processes
