Director of Food & Beverage – Ocala, FLSalary: $140,000 base salary Benefits: Benefits package + cell phone stipend Location: Onsite in Ocala, FL | Relocation assistance availableSUMMARYOur client is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead Front of House and Culinary Operations within a luxury equestrian hotel.This senior leadership role will oversee multiple dining outlets, with a focus on exceptional guest service, operational performance, team development, and profitability.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Lead all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets.

Develop and manage operating budgets, cost controls, forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and payroll.
Recruit, train, develop, and lead high-performing management and operational teams.
Partner with Executive Chefs and Beverage Managers on menu development, wine and cocktail programs, and dining innovation.
Develop seasonal promotions, special events, and signature dining experiences.
Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction, and financial performance and report results to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol, wage and hour, and operational standards.
Oversee service standards and continually improve the guest experience.WHAT YOU BRING• 3+ years of senior-level Food & Beverage management experience overseeing multiple outlets.
New restaurant opening experience required.
Luxury service experience required.
Proven success developing director- and management-level teams.
Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Extensive restaurant industry knowledge.
ServSafe Manager Certification and Alcohol Compliance Certification.
