Construction Project Engineer

Project EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. Applicants should have experience with site civil design and expertise in storm-water analysis and design, as well as proficiency with civil engineering software applications. Projects are primarily privately funded and focused on residential, commercial, and industrial site design. This position will provide support and leadership for our current team and will report directly to senior management.Location: Greensboro, North CarolinaSalary: $90,000 - $100,000Requirements / Minimum QualificationsBachelor of Science in Civil EngineeringPE License or ability to obtain PE within 12 monthsA minimum of 5 years' experience in Land DevelopmentAbility to manage multiple projects and plan work efficientlyDemonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3DProficient with earthwork analysis and storm-water management designMicrosoft Office software proficiencyDetail oriented, professional attitude, good communication skills, team playerMotivated self-starter with ability to work independently but also within a team environmentGoal-oriented within a team environment with attention to detailExperience PreferencesLocal, State and Federal PermittingSite construction supervision and managementFeasibility analysis, due-diligence, cost estimates, and budgetingLand surveying knowledge and understandingGrading and Erosion Control PlansStormwater management and designEffective time management and assignment of duties
