Project Manager — Winston-Salem, NC $100,000 to $130,000 base, plus bonuses Send resume to View email address on click.appcast.io A well established North Carolina general contractor is hiring a Project Manager in Winston-Salem to lead complex commercial and institutional builds from preconstruction through closeout. We build the projects that define communities. Our active and recent work spans K12 and higher education (including high schools and university residence halls), healthcare, civic and sports facilities, parking and transportation structures, utility and central plants, historic renovations, and industrial and commercial buildings. Delivery methods include general contracting, construction management at risk, and design build. If you want variety and real complexity, this is the team you want to be on. What you will do: Own the project from contract through closeout. Manage budget, schedule, buyout, and subcontractor performance. Lead the team and keep owners, designers, and trades aligned. Drive the financials, the submittals, the RFIs, and the change management. Partner with your superintendent to deliver on time and on budget without cutting corners. What we are looking for: Several years managing commercial or institutional construction projects, ideally in the $10M and up range. Strong command of budgets, scheduling, and contracts. Experience with CM at risk and design build is a plus. K12, higher ed, or healthcare experience stands out. Someone who communicates clearly, builds trust, and solves problems before they grow.
