Recruiter II

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Recruiter II.

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Greensboro North Carolina 27409 (Onsite)

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates (from entry-level to experienced professionals)
• Source candidates through cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Identify and leverage alternative sourcing channels (online platforms, professional organizations, universities, etc.)
• Write and post job advertisements and manage responses from candidates and agencies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations by maintaining accurate records
• Recommend recruitment budgets for job fairs, campus hiring, tools, and vendor partnerships
• Train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems and hiring compliance processes
• Maintain proper candidate tracking, documentation, and disposition within ATS

The ideal candidate will have :

• Hands-on recruiting experience (end-to-end hiring lifecycle)
• Experience sourcing candidates via cold calling, job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Strong experience in screening and interviewing candidates
• Background hiring for front-line roles (sales, marketing, call center, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $30-$35 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
