Office Assistant Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
• Enter and update data accurately.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Assist customers, vendors, and employees in both English and Spanish.
• Operate standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Office Assistant Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
