Key Highlights Weekly pay: 1,430 - 1,465 per week Guaranteed hours: 0 Contract duration: 19 weeks Shift: Rotating Start date: 09/29/2026 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care Responsibilities Collect data on residents' physical and psychosocial status and communicate findings to the RN and the Interdisciplinary Team. Contribute to the development and execution of an age-appropriate, culturally relevant plan of care; involve the resident and family in the process; adjust the plan based on outcomes. Recommend revisions to the plan of care and coordinate referrals to ensure all aspects of the resident's needs are addressed. Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; maintain a safe environment and adhere to policies and procedures. Support mentoring and orientation of staff; exercise leadership in the professional practice setting under RN direction. Maintain current knowledge and competency through ongoing education and in-service activities.
