I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of three. I spent two years as a State Farm team member before being offered the opportunity to open my own agency - a dream I've had since high school. My wife and I have five kids, and you'll usually find us at a soccer field, hockey rink, or playing pickleball together. Giving back to the community is a big part of who we are. I serve on the local Chamber of Commerce Board and as a Chamber Ambassador, and our agency enjoys supporting youth athletics, golf outings, and other community events. Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, flexible PTO, a strong commitment to work-life balance, and shortened office hours on Fridays. Andy Mohn - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
