Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers.
• For the Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience; execute sales promotions; train service staff; keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas organized.
• For the Kitchen Department: deliver high-quality, safe food quickly; control food costs; train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• For the People Department: hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals; ensure crew start well and are recognized and motivated during their tenure.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
