Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible. Ability to evaluate a patient’s needs and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment based on physician plans, agency policy, and professional standards of care. Experience instructing family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques. Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, and CPR. What We Offer! The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000–$105,000. Salary is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geography. This position is eligible for incentive compensation. The incentive plan is subject to change.
