Network Engineer

Strong network troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis for connectivity and performance issues - Experience monitoring network performance, availability, and capacity using enterprise monitoring tools, Working knowledge of network security concepts, firewall policies, and access control, Ability to create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures, Experience working in onsite enterprise and data center environments with minimal supervision, Experience supporting 24×7 production environments, Exposure to change management and ITSM processes, Comfortable participating in on?call or after?hours support. Technical Certifications Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Cisco ACI Certification, SD?WAN Certification, Azure Networking, Cisco MerakiRoles & ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, monitor, and support enterprise and data center network infrastructure in a production environmentProvide hands?on operational support for Cisco APIC / ACI environments, including day?to?day administration and troubleshootingManage and support Spine?Leaf network architecture, ensuring high availability and performanceConfigure, administer, and troubleshoot SD?WAN solutions, including policy management, routing, traffic steering, and failoverInstall, configure, and maintain: Core, Edge, and Access switches Enterprise routers Firewalls Wireless Access Points and controllersAdminister and support WAN acceleration technologies and optimize WAN performancePerform network provisioning, configuration changes, upgrades, and patching while following change management proceduresProactively monitor network health, performance, capacity, and availability using enterprise monitoring toolsTroubleshoot complex network issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD?WAN, and data center environments, performing root?cause analysisEnsure network security and compliance by implementing best practices and approved standardsCollaborate with server, storage, security, and application teams during projects, deployments, and incident resolutionSupport network?related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAsMaintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Participate in on?call and after?hours support as required to support business operationsAssist with network audits, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement initiativesProvide technical guidance and recommendations for network optimization and reliability improvements
