We are committed to acting with integrity and having a positive impact on everyone with whom we come in contact.What We Offer:Great culture and team atmosphereEarn up to $23.00/hourMonday to Friday, 8 hours per day, flexible start/stop timeComprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability)401(k) retirement plan with a generous company matchGenerous time off accrualsPaid holidaysMileage reimbursementTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral ProgramHospice Certification benefit and salary increaseMerit IncreasesEmployee Discount ProgramsWhat You'll Do:Giving personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linensAssisting in dressing and undressing patientsPlanning and preparing nutritious meals, including shoppingAssisting in feeding the patientProviding proper care and observation of patient's skin to prevent breakdown of tissueReporting on patient's condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.Qualifications:Must be certified with current CNA certification.Hospice experience preferred.Exhibits a caring attitude toward patients and families.Able to read and follow written instructions and document care given.Possesses current CPR certification.Able to lift 50 pounds.Must be willing to pass background screen and drug testMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
