Customer Service Representative

Job Title
Respond promptly and professionally to customer issues or inquiries in person and/or via phone or email.
Process secure customer transactions including verifying deposits/withdrawals, applying loan payments, completing cash advances, etc., ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Cross-Sell Bank products and services such as Cashier's Checks, Personal Money Orders, and Gift Cards as requested.
Comply with established balancing standards and cash drawer levels.
Prepare follow-up correspondence for new accounts/customers.
Assist the operations staff with daily duties and projects.
Comply with Bank Secrecy Act Policy (BSA) and all Bank Secrecy Regulations.
