About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Acquisition to take on a pivotal role in driving new player growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies across various channels, including media investment, affiliate partnerships, SEO, and more. This leadership position demands a professional with a proven track record in scaling customer acquisition programs, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of performance marketing. The Head of Acquisition will be tasked with building and managing a high-performing team, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that the brand is positioned as a leader in the North American gaming market. Applicants for the Head of Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in acquisition, performance marketing, or related leadership roles. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in affiliate marketing, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and a passion for identifying new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a builder, operator, and growth leader, capable of diversifying acquisition channels and optimizing performance for long-term player value. Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in sweepstakes, social casino, or related sectors, is preferred.
