Salary : $100K to $150K Annually + 15% Director Bonus + Full-time Benefits

Sign on : Case by Case

Relocation : Case by Case

Job Summary:

The role of Director of Surgical Services leads the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. The Director of Surgical Services has 24/7 responsibility for their departments.

Qualifications:

BSN is required.
Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Texas state RN License.
Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred.
