Your Responsibilities:

As a trusted marketing partner for businesses throughout central Illinois, you will:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a strong pipeline of new business through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.

• Create and present customized advertising proposals across radio, digital, streaming, social, and promotional platforms.

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams (programming, promotions, digital, and production) to execute successful campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activity in CRM systems.

• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

• Provide ongoing campaign performance updates and recommendations to clients.

• Represent the station at community and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

What We Are Looking For:

As a member of the team, we ask that you:

• Have a high-achieving sales track record of developing revenue.

• Are excellent at communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Are charismatic, confident, and have a customer-centric mindset.

• Have a valid Illinois Driver License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus monthly commission. The expected annual earnings for this position range from $45,000-$60,000 based on experience with opportunities for increased earnings as you grow your client portfolio, build sales success, and advance in the company.
