Oklahoma Licensed Utilization Review Clinician

Evaluating treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Utilization Review Clinician will perform clinical reviews and prior authorization assessments remotely, ensuring the appropriateness of care and services while working Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Key responsibilities Conduct clinical reviews to assess the medical appropriateness of mental health and substance abuse treatments Perform prior authorization and concurrent reviews to determine treatment needs and discharge planning for behavioral health inpatients Engage with healthcare providers and leadership to enhance quality and efficiency of care delivery Required qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experience Master's degree required for behavioral health clinicians State licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN Clinical knowledge of mental health and substance abuse treatment plans preferred Experience with the mental health and substance abuse utilization review process preferred
