We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build experience through buyer interactions, property showings, and open house activity while earning rewarding commissions. You will gain hands on experience meeting buyers, conducting property tours, hosting open houses, and helping clients explore homes that match their goals. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn proven systems for follow up, client communication, scheduling, and relationship management. The focus is on developing habits that create consistency while building confidence through real conversations, appointments, and transaction activity.

As you continue growing, you will develop the skills needed to manage your own buyer relationships and guide clients through important real estate decisions. This opportunity provides a pathway toward greater responsibility, stronger production, and long term growth within the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation
• Real estate sales
• Buyer lead follow-up
• Set appointments
• Execute appointments
• Sales scripts mastery
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion

Qualifications

• A real estate license is required
• Great communication
• Sales experience
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
