Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing (Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse) positions are available in the specified unit. The role involves working closely with residents and other healthcare providers to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment through direct and indirect patient care. The facility includes specialized units catering to residents with Alzheimer's/dementia, short-term rehabilitation needs, and long-term care requirements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associates in Nursing, valid State of Maine or compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, 0-3 years of previous RN experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Medical terminology knowledge, strong teamwork and communication skills, flexibility to cover 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, and to float to other units as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered. Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. St. Mary's reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts within a 13-week contract. Candidates must reside outside of a 50-mile radius of the facility. The position starts on 10/05/2026 and ends on 01/04/2027. The position is classified as normal urgency.
