This is a hands-on role for professionals with construction experience who thrive in managing projects from the field and office perspective. Why join us? Competitive salary: $120K-$160K Full Benefits Package Hands-on, growth-oriented role with meaningful responsibilities Job Details Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of landfill construction projects Support project management with scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking Liaise with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards Prepare project reports, documentation, and technical communications Qualifications / Preferred Experience Contractor-side experience on construction projects (landfills or heavy civil preferred) Knowledge of King County landfill operations and regulations a plus Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Technical aptitude and ability to understand construction plans and specifications Civil engineering background is a plus, but not required Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
