**Your future role at a glance** + **Location:** Hoffman Estates, IL + **Facility:** Ascension Saint Alexius + **Department:** Emergency Room + **Schedule:** Night shift | Part-time **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care by performing rapid patient assessments, implementing critical care plans, and continuously monitoring, recording, and communicating changing patient conditions in a fast-paced ED. + Serve as the primary care coordinator across multidisciplinary emergency teams to execute physician orders, manage complex treatments, and ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient interventions. + Manage the entire patient trajectory from initial triage and acute stabilization through to comprehensive discharge planning and coordination with the healthcare team. **What minimum requirements you'll need** **Licensure / Certification / Registration:** + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
