Customer Service Boutique Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

All Star ACE Hardware is looking for two Boutique Retail Sales Associates to be responsible for all sales job duties, including working closely with customers to determine their needs while maintaining the department in a highly professional manner. Duties will include such tasks as restocking, cleaning, receiving and pricing new arrivals, and answering customer questions. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, to consistently maintain the department and its inventory, and to meet the department's sales goals. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the department's visual appearance to high standards. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder, and be able to work somewhat flexible hours including weekends (our busiest time).

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must have reliable internet access (Email access)
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Prior retail store experience highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
