E-Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist - US Company

ANTA is seeking an E-Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media execution and customer acquisition for Anta.com in the U.S. market. This role will manage the day‑to‑day execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across key platforms including Meta and Google, with a strong focus on driving qualified traffic, improving acquisition efficiency, and increasing online conversion and sales. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, data‑driven, and comfortable working directly in advertising platforms to continuously optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Execute and optimize paid media campaigns for Anta.com , primarily across Meta and Google. Manage day‑to‑day campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and performance monitoring. Track and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, traffic, and revenue . Conduct ongoing testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. Analyze campaign and website performance data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with E-commerce, Merchandising, Content/Creative, and Brand Marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and key commercial moments. Coordinate creative asset needs and ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule. Stay current on Meta, Google, attribution, measurement, and paid media best practices. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or e‑commerce acquisition. Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads . Familiarity with e‑commerce performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue . Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign and website performance data. Experience with DTC/e‑commerce or consumer brands is preferred. Experience in sportswear, footwear, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle categories is a plus. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
