State Licensed Actuary

To support the enterprise's Value-Based Care initiatives, the full-time remote State Licensed Actuary will conduct analysis, pricing, and risk assessment to estimate financial outcomes while leveraging advanced actuarial knowledge and data analysis skills. Key responsibilities Apply mathematical and statistical principles to calculate financial outcomes and support methodology development Extract, clean, and analyze complex claims and clinical datasets to build valuation models Participate in merger and acquisition analysis while ensuring adequate cash reserves for future benefit payments Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience At least 5 years of actuarial experience Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification is required Experience in government-funded healthcare or Value-Based Care analytics is preferred Hands-on data extraction and modeling skills, including proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
