You'll be an important part of their daily routines, celebrations, challenges, and successes.Most importantly, you'll help people live the lives they choose for themselves.What Your Impact Will Look LikeYou'll build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support, getting to know their strengths, interests, preferences, and goals.You'll help people develop independence and confidence by encouraging participation in daily activities and supporting them in ways that honor their abilities and choices.You'll assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, appointments, and other daily routines while treating each person with dignity and respect.You'll help create opportunities for meaningful experiences through community outings, activities, hobbies, appointments, and social engagement.You'll contribute to Individual Support Plans by sharing observations, celebrating achievements, and helping identify opportunities for growth and success.You'll help create a safe, welcoming, and healthy home environment where individuals feel supported, valued, and connected.Some days you'll be helping someone learn a new skill, attend a favorite activity, or accomplish a personal goal.
