Patient Navigator & Phlebotomist - Genetic Testing

HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Float Patient Navigator to support hereditary cancer genetic testing across Peoria and partner sites. This role combines patient education, care coordination, and phlebotomy within a multidisciplinary team to deliver a seamless patient experience. The position requires national phlebotomy certification, 2+ years clinical/insurance verification experience, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
