Remote Litigation Paralegal

Wilson Reeder & Zudar, P.A. is a plaintiffs' law firm headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Houston and soon to be San Antonio. Our firm's focus is on representing homeowners and property owners who are suffering from construction defects. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal located in San Antonio, TX. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in drafting and managing legal documents, conducting case research, organizing case files, and managing litigation calendars. Additionally, this role involves client communication, filing court documents, and assisting during trial/arbitration preparations. This position is a remote position for the time being, but will have the option for in office time once space is secured. Qualifications Experience in construction defect law preferred, but not required Experience in Litigation Support, including case file management and legal document preparation Strong Administrative skills, including calendar management, time management, and organization Excellent Communication skills for client correspondence and collaboration with legal teams Familiarity with E-Filing procedures for court documents Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies; paralegal certification preferred Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
