About the Role:
Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is looking for a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in Reno, NV — and we want you to start ASAP! Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide in-home therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility practices
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary home health care team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare and state regulations
• Manage a caseload of home health patients across the Reno, NV service area

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (CAPTE-approved).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA (home health experience preferred). - Open to fresh grads will train!!
• CPR certification (required).
• Ability to lift and transfer patients weighing 150+ lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet all state compliance requirements.
• Comfortable traveling to patient homes (reliable transportation required).
