Job Summary

We seek a detail-oriented, organized Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has prior bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks. This role manages accounts receivable and payable, processes payments, reconciles bank statements, prepares financial reports, and prepares weekly payroll on ADP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
• Prepare Month End Close and run Financial Reports for management.
• Process customer invoices, vendor bills, and payments accurately and on time.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Process credit card transactions for prepaid customers.
• Process payroll using ADP and ensure payroll information is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
• Experience managing A/R, A/P, and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with payroll processing; ADP experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
