Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer – MEP (Raleigh, NC)
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design efforts for a variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects in Raleigh.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
- Prepare and review construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Perform load calculations, short circuit, and coordination studies
- Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable local codes
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff
- Support project management, client communication, and construction administration
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of electrical engineering experience in the MEP industry
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis software
- Strong knowledge of NEC and industry standards
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
- PE license required (North Carolina preferred)
