We honor our company's legacy while creating our own.What You'll Do as a Quality Specialist InternAs a Quality Specialist Intern, you will:Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements, ensuring safety and quality are embedded in plans and practices.Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics, while demonstrating ownership and diligence.Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Support research and analysis of performance reports with accuracy and responsibility to enhance process capability.Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits, supporting trustworthy transparency and compliance.Compile data for material review disposition, through respectful collaboration with cross-functional teams.What You'll ExperienceDuring your 10-12 week internship, you will have the opportunity to:Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while solving real-world problems that emphasize safety and quality.Tour Boeing's state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities, connecting hands-on experience with your academic learning.Interact with company leaders to understand strategic priorities and Boeing's future direction — cultivating trust through transparent communication.Attend networking events, development seminars, and executive engagements designed to strengthen your professional network and support your growth as a valued team member.Gain invaluable experience that builds a foundation of ownership and innovation for your career.These positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.These positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
