Healthcare Operations Manager

Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) DaVita seeks an ambitious, operationally-focused and results-driven leader to serve as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health-care experience is not required. Key Responsibilities Patients come first – build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Lead and mentor a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community. Financial management – oversee clinic operations, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals and standards. Drive culture and growth in line with DaVita’s values, empowering team members and recognizing shared beliefs and behaviors. Provide autonomy in running the clinic while receiving support from the director, regional peers and the broader company. Availability during clinic hours to support operations. Collaborate daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs. Qualifications Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. Minimum one year of management experience (health-care, business, military) or equivalent renal experience (such as nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN), at the discretion of the divisional vice president and/or regional operations director. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire). Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the regional operations director and/or divisional vice president. Benefits and Compensation Salary Range: $91,000 – $144,000 per year.
