You’ll get to:Design Li-Ion battery packs, including electronic packaging for battery management systems.Create 3D models, release 2D detailed drawings, and create and manage bills of material from prototype through mass production in the PLM system.Work with product teams on power tool system integration, including chargers and tools.Perform structural analysis using finite element analysis packages.Perform thermal analysis and thermal management for high-power electronic assemblies and power packs.Work with the model shop and suppliers to obtain prototypes and attend product builds at contract manufacturers.Partner with Industrial Design, Marketing, Manufacturing, Compliance, Safety, and Purchasing teams to understand design considerations and product CTQs.Perform tolerance stack-ups, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, process control plans, and release engineering changes.Design test plans and analyze results from advanced testing.Support supplier development for key components and work with contract manufacturers to meet program targets.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
