About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring a Lead Robotic and Reconstructive Urology Cases in Topeka, Kansas for a contract assignment at an Outpatient Urology Clinic in Topeka, Kansas. This full-time urology locum opportunity offers a 5x8 AM shift schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hrs/week) with an ASAP start and ongoing need while a permanent search is underway. The role covers 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week, seeing 25–30 patients per clinic day and performing 5–6 surgical cases per OR day, with access to a da Vinci Xi robotic platform. The provider joins a two-physician practice in a clinic located directly across from the hospital, with 24-hour nurse triage covering first call. Shared call participation is optional and being finalized with the client. What You'll Do

• Responsibilities & Duties
• Outpatient urology clinic, ~25–30 patients/day
• OR days: ~5–6 surgical cases/day
• Robotic and reconstructive urologic procedures
• Join an established 2-provider practice
• Optional participation in shared call rotation (24-hr nurse triage takes first call)

What You Bring - Required

• Required Credentials / Licenses
• Active, unrestricted Kansas medical license (or obtainable pre-start)
• Board eligible in Urology (board certified preferred)
• Active ATLS, PALS, BLS, ACLS certifications
• Active DEA registration
• Clean background check, valid driver's license, current physical (facility credentialing requirements)
• Required Experience
• MD/DO, ACGME-accredited Urology residency
• Experience managing a full surgical and clinic caseload independently
• Comfort with high OR volume (5–6 cases/day)

What You Bring - Preferred

• Preferred Qualifications
• Robotic surgical training/experience, ideally da Vinci platform
• Pelvic floor reconstruction experience or fellowship training
• Prior locum tenens experience
• Willingness to participate in shared call rotation if requested
• Flexibility to consider full-time or reduced schedule
